Blood Pressure and Cardiac

Blood pressure undergoes arrhythmic or pulsatic fluctuation with every heartbeat.it increases to the maximum (the systolic blood pressure) soon after every contraction of heart, then decreases to a minimum (the diastolic blood pressure) during the step of relaxation of the heart.

The various common situations with which we meet in everyday life affect and change the blood pressure. Sudden change in the body posture, the movements, the exercises, the emotions, the heavy meals, defecation, urination, coitus, smoking, sleeping etc. affect the blood pressure and fluctuate it.
Symptoms of hypertension,Headache or giddiness, forgetfulness, easy fatigability, breathlessness, impaired vision, kidney damage.
